How To Apply



Application:
Applications are available beginning in mid-October and are typically due on February 1.  Any questions regarding applications or the application and selection process should be directed to the PGSE Information Line listed below.  Click here to download the 2008 PGSAS Application (PDF).

Notification:
Applicants are notified of their final status in the Governor’s School selection process in the third week of April. Notification is in the form of a letter from the Pennsylvania Department of Education sent to the student’s home address. The Pennsylvania Governor’s Schools of Excellence are unable to provide individual assessments or grant appeals.
